Delete your GlowTrack account

How it works

• You can request deletion here without opening the Android app.
• To prove the account is yours, sign in with the same method you use in the app (Google, or email and password).
• After you confirm, your account is scheduled for deletion 7 days later. You can cancel on this page any time before then.
• On that date we delete your GlowTrack sign-in account (email, name and sign-in method). GlowTrack keeps no other copy of your data on its servers.
• Your photos, scores, routine and diary are stored only on your phone. Remove them with Settings → Delete account in the app, or by uninstalling the app.
• We do not retain any of your personal data after deletion. A record that a deletion request was completed is kept, without your email or name.
• Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play.
