Privacy Policy

GlowTrack is a beauty and skin-appearance tracker. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition. This policy explains what information the Android app uses, where it is kept, and how you can delete it.

1. Information stored only on your device

Your face photos, analysis scores, routine and product logs, diary entries, cycle tracking entries, reminders and settings are stored only on your phone. GlowTrack does not upload them to our servers or anyone else's. Skin analysis and product-label scanning run entirely on-device.

2. Camera

The camera is used only when you take a skin photo or scan a product label. Photos are saved in the app's private storage on your device.

3. Account information

You sign in to use GlowTrack. We use Google Firebase Authentication to store your email address, your name if you provide it, and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account name and profile photo link, plus the account ID Firebase assigns to you. This is used only to sign you in and manage your account.

4. Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are sold and billed by Google Play. We do not receive your payment details; the app receives only whether your subscription is active. Manage or cancel it in Google Play.

5. Advertising, analytics and AI training

GlowTrack shows no ads, does not use analytics or crash-reporting tools, and does not use your photos to train AI models. We do not sell or share your information.

6. Third-party services

• Google Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore (account sign-in and account-deletion requests) — Firebase privacy

7. Security

Data is sent to Firebase over encrypted connections. On-device data is kept in app-private storage and can be protected with the optional in-app lock.

8. Deleting your data and account

• In the app: Settings → Delete account removes everything GlowTrack stored on your phone and deletes your account immediately. If your sign-in is too old for immediate deletion, the app files a deletion request and the account is deleted within 24 hours.
• On the web: request deletion at glowtrack-brandsap.web.app/delete-account. After you sign in to confirm the account is yours, it is deleted 7 days later. You can cancel before then.
• Uninstalling the app removes all on-device data.

9. Data retention

Account information is kept until you delete your account. After deletion we keep only a record that a deletion request was completed, without your email or name. On-device data stays until you delete it or uninstall the app.

10. Children

GlowTrack is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16; contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We will update this page and its date when this policy changes.
